These Terms of Service govern your use of controltm.store and purchases made from Control™ ("the store"). By browsing or buying you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Control™ is a sportswear brand designed in Mexico City, Mexico. You can contact us at controltmstore@gmail.com.

2. Use of the site

You must be of legal age or buy with authorization from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site for unlawful purposes, damage it or access it without authorization.

3. Products and prices

  • Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. Shipping is shown before payment.
  • We aim for accurate photos, colors and measurements; minor variations may occur due to screens or the printing process.
  • We may change prices, products or promotions at any time; the price that applies is the one in effect when you pay.
  • If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund 100% of your payment.

4. Orders and payments

Your order is confirmed when we receive payment and email you the confirmation. Payments are processed by secure providers (Shopify Payments and others); we don't store your full card details. We may cancel orders showing signs of fraud or with incomplete information, refunding the payment.

5. Discount codes

  • Each code has its own conditions (validity, single use, eligible customers) stated when it's given.
  • The Club 101 welcome code is personal and non-transferable: valid only with the email you signed up with, on your first order and once.
  • Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, have no cash value and are not reactivated if you cancel or return an order.
  • We may cancel discounts obtained improperly (for example, with accounts or emails created only to repeat the benefit).

6. Shipping, exchanges and returns

These are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Control™ brand, logos, seals, designs, photos and texts on the site belong to Control™ and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Personal data

We handle your data under our Privacy policy. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each message.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly but can't guarantee it will be error-free at all times. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it, without prejudice to your legal rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page with its update date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, in particular the Federal Consumer Protection Law. For any dispute you may go to PROFECO or the competent courts of Mexico City.
