Shipping policy

1. Coverage
We ship anywhere in Mexico. We don't ship internationally for now.
2. Cost
- Free on orders from $2,000 MXN.
- $149 MXN on smaller orders, anywhere in the country.
You'll see the final cost before paying.
3. Timing
- Preparation: 2 to 5 business days. Each garment is printed and checked specifically for your order.
- Delivery: 7 to 15 business days after your package ships.
- Estimated total: 10 to 20 business days from purchase.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons (Buen Fin, December), due to weather or carrier delays. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
4. Tracking
When your package ships we email you your tracking number. Please check your spam folder too.
5. Delivery address
Make sure your address, postal code and phone number are complete and correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because no one received it, reshipping costs $149 MXN. If you need to correct your address, email us as soon as possible: we can only change it before the order ships.
6. Damaged, lost or delayed packages
If your package arrives damaged or hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us at controltmstore@gmail.com with your order number. We'll resolve it under our Refund policy.
