Refund policy

At Control™ we want you to love your pieces. Every garment is prepared specifically for your order, so this policy explains clearly what we cover and how to sort it out quickly. Nothing here limits your rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.

1. Defective items or wrong order

If your item arrives with a manufacturing or print defect, damaged, or in the wrong size, color or style, we replace it free of charge or refund you, whichever you prefer.

  • Email us within 14 calendar days of delivery at controltmstore@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item, the label and the issue.
  • You don't need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

2. Size exchanges

Please check the Size guide and each product's measurements before buying. If the size still doesn't fit, email us within 7 calendar days of delivery: we offer one exchange per order by sending you the new size; you cover a $149 MXN shipping fee. The item must be unworn, unwashed and with its tags.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't gone into preparation. After that the item is already in process and can't be cancelled, except in the cases in section 1.

4. What we don't cover

  • Normal wear, damage from use, washing or ironing outside the care instructions.
  • Minor color differences due to your device's screen.
  • Returns for change of mind once the item has been delivered, except as required by law.
  • Final-sale items, when indicated.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take an extra 5 to 10 business days to show it. If the order used a discount code, the refund covers the amount actually paid; the code is not reactivated or exchanged for cash.

6. Order not received

If tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, or it hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us and we'll resolve it with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, we send you a new item or refund you.
